Standard Luggage E-tag holder (for 2)

Very pleased with delivery time. Unfortunately P&O must have changed their ticket size as I had to fiddle to get it in. Now, how on earth do you attach the holders to the case handle with the plastic loops? Seriously, I need to know asap. It looks as though I'm going to be tying them on with string!
